Massage for the Cause is an eductional forum that combines educators from different Cancer organizations ( MD Anderson and the Sister's Network for example), massage therapy and poetry to promote Cancer awareness, methods of prevention, the importance and benefits of massage therapy as a healing modality and resources for those who have it. This is a 12 part series that will be happening monthly throughout the year in designated locations around the city and every month there will be a new aspect of Cancer focused upon ( example: Sept may be general and brain Cancer, October may be breast and lung, etc)
 
Where: The Secret Word Cafe located at 2016 Dowling Street, Houston TX 77003

Time: 2pm to 6pm

Tickets: $10

Organic fruit smoothies will be available for purchase.
It will be a day of education, massage, poetry and HOPE.
