Please join the Boniuk Institute for a lecture by leading peace scholar, Professor Scott Appleby. Dr. Appleby is a Professor of History and Director of the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies at University of Notre Dame, where he studies modern religions and their capacity for both violence and peacebuilding.
 
A light reception will follow. This event is open to the public, and we welcome members of the Rice University and broader Houston communities.
