ID#: 1464 Jan 6 : Online : Sunna Institute Courses

Sunna Institute is an initiative started by Shaykh Naeem Abdul Wali dedicated to teaching traditional Islamic knowledge. We are currently wrapping up our first online part time course session and have opened up registration for the Spring 2014 courses. We are also taking applications for our full time ‘Alim program planning to start on February 5th. Below is a quick summary of what is currently being offered. Both are FREE at NO COST to the student!

Part Time Courses

Our upcoming part time course will be over Imam al-Harith al-Muhasibi’s Risala al-Mustarshidin (Treatise for the Seekers of Guidance) taught by Shaykh Naeem Abdul Wali locally and streamed online. Classes are to start on January 6th. For more information, click here.

In-Residency ‘Alim Course

Our ‘Alim program is a comprehensive 5 year program at no cost to the student, including room and board. We are seeking a maximums of 7 students to lead this initiative. The students will study all of the traditional sciences including Hanafi Fiqh, Hadith, Usul ul-Fiqh, and Arabic. We are now accepting applications and are taking US residents only.
