SAVE THE DATE: March 1st, 2014 Women's Self Defense Class!

Women and teenage girls are invited to learn about personal safety at ISGH's FREE Self Defense for Women class! The teacher is a FBI Certified Hand to Hand Combat Instructor! The class will cover crime statistics, strategies to avoid dangerous situations as well as some simple but effective ways to escape an attacker. The instructor and all her assistants will be women.
