Let's not forget those noble humans who were torchbearers of Islam and had to live their tough life through discrimination during Pre Islamic Era. We'll study how their marriages and personal struggles were impacted by the racism that was so prominent in Pre-Islamic Arab society.
We will then study contemporary Black Muslim history with an emphasis on Malcolm X and what he means to all Muslims which is relevant to today's world. InshaAllah it will be a great learning experience and an opportunity to study a great American Muslim who devoted his entire life struggling for justice, fairness and equal opportunities for all. Come and experience the transformation of one of the greatest personalities to come out of the African-American community in the last 100 years. Malcolm X was a Muslim, an articulate speaker and a dynamic personality.He is gone but his dawah still lives on.
