 Capitol Leadership Academy, the premier five-day intensive political leadership program, will empower young minorities to become outstanding leaders. We are training and motivating a new generation of young leaders to diversify governmental representation.
 The summer intensive training program provides underrepresented high school and college-aged students with the critical training and tools to take civic action, run for office, and engage directly with policymakers in order to bring about proactive public policy.
