Classical Islamic Knowledge (CIK) is a 3-year diploma program for students who, in addition to learning the translation and commentary of the entire Qur’an, wish to study a comprehensive Islamic curriculum. The program will include the study of Arabic grammar and its application to classical Islamic texts in Arabic unlocking the higher disciplines of Islamic knowledge, including: Tafsir, Hadith, Islamic Jurisprudence, Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence, and other subjects that have been traditionally taught in first two years of the ‘Aalimah’ program.
