Ibn Sina Foundation is very proud to announce the opening of our sixth location in North Shepherd, located at 5012, North Shepherd Drive, Houston Texas 77018. We are hosting an Open House and Free Health Fair at our clinic on 13th December 2014 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, to showcase our state of art facility.  We will provide many services like, free flu shots, free immunization, free BMI check, free dental sealants for kids, free oral cancer screening, free oral cavity check, free blood sugar check, free blood pressure check, free vision check and sign up for our free programs many more free services.
