In the US, only 38% of Americans personally know a Muslim.* This, coupled with movies like 'American Sniper', does not improve public opinion about Islam and Muslims - who represent only about 1% of the US population to begin with.*

So what is a law-abiding, tax-paying, BBQ-loving American Muslim to do?
