Welcome to the First Annual Ramadan Charity Dessert Auction: Houston Edition!

Yes, imagine that: eat dessert and earn good deeds!

Here's how it works: a couple of times each week during Ramadan, we will post a new dessert courtesy of a local baker. Then, you'll bid on it! We'll take bids for 24 hrs via Facebook - just leave a comment on the post. At the end of each bidding period, we'll close the auction and announce a winner. Upon processing payment, the winner will coordinate directly with the baker to receive his or her dessert.

100% of your bid will go directly to the charity indicated in the post.

Why? Ramadan so often becomes about overthinking our next meal and socializing. This allows us to take even that challenge and turn it into an opportunity for good deeds. 

Who? Everybody. If you like desserts and want to give charity, this event is for you. If you are a baker, consider donating your services! 

Where? Applicable to Houston and its suburbs.
