When Abraham Lincoln uttered this statement, he was referring to the fact that social justice needs to be backed up by people. It is a lifelong process. But the question arises: what can WE do to support social justice?
Join us as we learn and discuss about the importance of social justice and how Islam supports it, as well as what RasulAllah (SAW) expected from his Ummah. This unique and relevant seminar will be conducted by Imam Khalid Griggs, the Chairman for ICNA Council of Social Justice, who has spent almost his entire lifetime as a social justice activist.
