Asalam alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh!
From a Cuban church to the House of Allah, please welcome the newest masjid in town.. Masjid Istiqlal or also known as Independence Masjid! This beautiful masjid sits on 5.3 acres of land and is the only masjid that houses a youth planted fruit and vegetable garden!
Everyone is welcomed and please feel free to support. Iftar is served every night followed by isha and taraweeh prayers.
Run and operated by the Indonesian American Muslim Community of Houston.
